Chicago-Area Family Law Pro Bono Clinics

Sometimes having the law on your side just isn't enough to prevail in court. Divorce, child custody or other family-law related proceedings typically are best handled by experienced Chicago family law attorneys.

While many divorce attorneys in Chicago offer free initial consultations, sometimes the cost of legal representation is simply out of reach.

Fortunately, many attorneys also provide their services free of charge, or pro bono, for cases they believe are worthy of their expertise. The following is a list of Chicago-area pro-bono legal clinics that handle family law cases:
